Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to Return
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product. WhatsApp us at +92-336-2326514 with photos of the damage. We will arrange collection or advise on return shipping.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are made via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom size orders are non-refundable unless defective. Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not eligible for return.
Warranty
