2. Orders & Payment
Orders via WhatsApp, online form or phone. Payment by Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer. Order confirmed after payment verification.
3. Pricing
All prices in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices subject to change. Bulk discounts available for 5+ units. Final price confirmed at order time.
4. Delivery
Free delivery in Karachi on orders above Rs 5,000. Outside Karachi charges confirmed after address. Karachi 1-3 days, other cities 3-7 days.
5. Returns
7 day return window for damaged/defective items. Unused, original packaging required. Custom orders non-refundable. See full Return Policy.
6. Warranty
1 year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. Does not cover misuse or accidental damage.
